iPhone 4 compatible themes

I have recently bought a new iPhone 4 and i am very much excited to change the themes on this phone. Can you guys help me to know that which all are compatible themes on this phone and how do i get them. Please suggest me some best themes for my iPhones so that i can the look and feel of my new iPhone.
