My Encrypted Drive Formatted , How Can I Recover My Data

I have a pen drive which I had encrypted with Bitlocker. I had kept the key in a text files inside usb. Now I had use this in a different computer which was infected with virus. Then I connected to my pc and it prompt me to format the disc. Accidentally I formatted that. I lost my all data and the drive is no empty. Can anyone help me to get my data back from the usb. Thanks.

Have you taken the backup of the same. If yes then you can restore that back again and it becomes possible to get your data back. There are some online service which offers you option to retrieve your data. Try to contact them if the data is very much important. There is tool for that called as Recuva. It can all files emptied from the Recycle Bin the images and other files accidentally deleted from the memory card or usb.

you can easily recover your all lost data after formatted the drive using third party data recovery software. one of such a good software is Kernel software,Kernel for data recovery. i have used it before. it works really good and very powerful.

There are tons of software for this but it is not sure that most of them will work. I am using Getdataback a simple tool that work on FAT drives for data recovery. This can scan your usb drive and provide you with the data which is stored in the system. Try PC inspector for that. It yet another powerful and widely used tool. Connect your usb and run the scan with it.
