Samsung TL225 Touch Screen Problem

I have a Samsung TL225 dualview digital camera and the back touch screen is unresponsive. None of the touch screen buttons work. I have tried to take out the battery and memory card and it still won't work. Please Help.

The exact same thing happened with my camera and I even tried soft/hard resets, battery removal, even flashing other firmwares but nothing worked and in the end I sent it back to Samsung. I think that they will either replace the screen or repair it. It is a major problem with the TouchScreen of digital camera it seems.
