Converting pxl to xls

I have got one mobile on which Windows Mobile OS has been installed. I want to know that how can i convert .pxl files into .xls file. These pxl file has been created on my Windows Mobile phone. I think they were converted on the older ActiveSync? Please help me as i am not getting any ideas to change their formats.

Its is very much simple if you do not have any software which can convert your .PXL files into .XSL then you should open an Excel on your windows mobile phone where in pocket excel, There is an option to save your PXL file as XSL which can be used on Desktop version of Excel. Open Pocket Excel on your phone and the file which you wish to convert then go to the File Menu and click on Save As. Here you have to choose for "Excel 97/2000 Workbook as a Type.

It is true that the Pocket Excel would be having an option by using which yuo can save your file as Desktop Excel files but what if phone itself is not running the pocket excel. So there is some other way by which you can do the same thing? Actually, these pxl files are important for me and even i am searching for a solution of the same problem.

I suggest you to download the SpreadCE software which helps you to convert the Pocket Excel file in to Desktop excel file and vice versa. Thsi software runs for Windows 95 and Above. By using this software it would become much easier for you to convert an excel files so that you can use it on your pocket as well as desktop version of an Excel.

Once you have downloaded the ZIP file of SpreadCE on your system then you have to install it on your computer then you have to go to the File Menu and then click on an Open to open your PXL file which has to be converted into XLS file. Now save those files as XLS file and you are done.

I suggest you to do the small trick with any version of the Microsoft Excel which can open PXL file on it. I guess all version should be able to do it but still you may try another if your does not support for the same. Then just have to save as XLS file which will create a new file with an extension of xls which you can use on your computer system.
