C5 start-up problem

I have a Nokia C5 which for some reason it does not want to turn on. When I pressed the button to start on it asks for my pin code, after adding that the phone goes ahead and I can see the handshake animation on the same. But later on the screen turns white and there is nothing on that. I am quiet stuck with the problem here and cannot find how to make it work like before. I want some help here to make it work. I am not having any other phone to use.

You have go with hard reset to restore your device back to the original mode. But this will wipe out all the data from your phone and it will not be easy. You can do a soft reset also by typing *#7370# on the boot and done. You just have to provide he pin which is 12345 and done. The software will be restored and I am quiet sure it will work. But you will loose everything from the same. All data and contacts with images. So if you are ready for the same then you can try doing it.

Try pressing these three buttons while turning on your phone :
• Key Green ( pick button )
• Key 3
• Key * ( star )

Steps to do a soft reset on his Nokia phone :

1 / Think charge your phone correctly
2 / Enter the following code with your keyboard : *#7780#
3 / If the phone asks for a lock code if you have not changed it : 12345

If your phone still the same problems made a hard reset.
