Can you transfer DVD onto Ipad

Can you transfer DVD onto Ipad? I have tried searching for a third party application that will help me to go about with the particular technique, but cannot find any. Well, it will be great if I can transfer such files onto my Ipad, as I will be able to enjoy the high resolution that is available in such DVD files. Also, I have many important files of my work written onto DVDs. If such files can be taken on the Ipad, it will avoid the situation where I have to carry my computer everywhere.

It is not possible to transfer DVD onto Ipad. The main reason is that the format of these files are incompatible with the Ipad. Even if you transfer DVD files somehow into the device, I am sure that you wont be able to play these files on it. So, I dont think that you will be able to go about with your technique. Hard luck man.......

Inorder to open the DVD files on the Ipad, you have to first convert the files into a compatible form. MP4 files are well supported by Ipads. So, it will be better if you convert it to that format. There will be no problems in the transfer or opening the files after that. I suggest you to use Total Video Converter for the file conversion.
