Suggest the best mobile under Rs 9000

i lost my cell phone while i was returning home from office last week. Since then i did every thing to get it back but am not able to get it back. Can anyone tell me how can i get my cell phone backl again. I would like to purchase a brand new cell phone i am having my budget of about 9000 INR not more than that so please Suggest me the best mobile under Rs 9000.
