HP tablet tx series, dell 6400 or hpdv6200?

My budget is nearly about fifty to sixty thousand and I need lot of hard drive space and also ram. The good bright screen is also needed and I cannot forget the decent graphic card. The operating system that I am going to use is Window 7. For all these configuration I have finalized Dell 6400 and hpdv6200 laptop but the problem is that I do not know which is the better one. Any related reply for HP tablet tx series, dell 6400 or hpdv6200 will be appreciated.
