Formatting your phone memory would delete the applications from your mobile phone like global boxx, solitaires and Advanced Call Manager. Still if you want to go ahead with formatting your memory card then goto tools/memorycard/format. Now shutdown your phone and press 3+*+green button
Dial *#7370# in stand by mode and your problem is solved.

Normal Reset
- Using the *#7780# sequence.
- It will restore ini files from ROM keeping all your data (themes, 3rd party applications, video, photos, and music files)
Deep Reset
- Using the *#7370# sequence.
- Completely format phone memory. Default files are cleaned up and rewritten.
- Note that data found on memory card will not be altered
