Hotmail problem with iPad

Hello,
I am trying to use my hotmail account from the iPad, but this is not working at all. I do not know what is wrong with it, but it is giving some problem. Is that hotmail is not compatible with ipad? Microsoft recently updated their servers and you can now configure their mailbox (the native) for a Hotmail account!
To do this, follow these steps:

Go to: Settings => Mail, Contacts, Calendar => Add Account ... => Other.
