Should i get this 7th generation iPod for $220?

I am a fans of iPod, yesterday i found this 7 th generation iPod online,it costs $220 bucks.What do you think about it ? Worth to buy or not?
I need your advice before i buy it.

Actually, there is no difference between the 6th generation iPod and the 7th generation iPod apart from the size of the hard drive platter in the 6th generation iPod 160 gb used to have two platter and was also a little bulkier and heavy in size which is now been refined in the 7th generation iPod with single platter and same size and battery.
