IOS 4 GM from jailbreak-lost 3G and MMS

My Iphone is currently in 3.1.3 Jailbreak with SPIRIT , I found that the i did not receive the mms and also 3G is not working. Also the package offers unlimited Internet on the iPhone , would I need a WiFi connection to surf or use the online application. Please help. Thanks in advance.
