Lenovo U350 laptop fan issues

I have a Lenovo U350 laptop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is with the Fan. Once been turned on it never goes off. I do not know what could have been the issue. This has really caused a problem. Also the fan is very noisy. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted and work for the thing as required. It will be helpful.
