High Definition Audio Driver for Thinkpad X201

I want to buy a Thinkpad X201 which my freined is selling off. He has not used this much. I had found this laptop quiet a nice and suitable for my need. The only one issue I found on this laptop is there is no audio support. I showed that to a engineer and he said that there is driver for the same is missing. It is some High Definition Audio Driver. Which will be the best source to download this and also I need some information on the laptop.
