Lenovo ThinkPad T61 Display Driver Problem

My computer is behaving very badly. Actually i am facing the continuous freeze problem with the device of mine. It happens after every 5 minutes and recover saying that display driver is crashed. This happens until computer got complete freeze and i have give it as power start. I am running with the safe Mode. I am using the Lenovo ThinkPad T61 with Windows Vista. Thank you.

It seems to have the problem with the video driver of your system which is having the issue of freezing of the device that you are using. I have also same issue and i have updated the video driver and the problem of the Freezing got resolved. So if you like my suggestion then it is better to update the driver and see whether you get rid of it or not.

I have heard a lot about the Lenovo ThinkPad T61 which is having pre-installed Nvidia 140M graphics card that is not functioning properly and this problem is faced by most of the user but Lenovo is not yet taken care of it. And misguiding the people regarding the same. So if possible the contact the Lenovo and find the proper solution for your problem.

I am having the same issue and i have contacted the Lenovo regarding my issue. They have serviced my device for three times but not get to any result. Finally i have gave up with the same. The only solution i have got is to replace this device with another one. Lenovo is not admitting that their device is having some problem with the video card.

I think this might be issue of the Graphic Card which is not functioning properly. I think that you should have to install the graphic driver once again and see whether the problem got resolved or not. Just download the latest graphic driver for your device from the Official site and install it. Hope this will resolve your issue.

Thanks a lot for helping me out with the issue that i have asked about the contact detail helped me to contact the Lenovo and they told me that they are sending their technician to help me out with the issue of mine.
