Lenovo Thinkpad X201 Configuration

I want buy a new note book from Lenovo. I have seen a few models here. There are ample of them. After sorting out I was able to find Lenovo X201 which looks a bit proper to me. I want to know a bit more about the same. I am trying to find out the configuration of this system but a bit confuse. I want to know that does system is good enough for day to day usage. Like for multimedia, for emails, for editing files. I want to know a bit more about the same.
