Not able to download movies on Ipod touch

I have an Apple Ipod Touch device and I purchased a movie from iTunes and wanted it to be downloaded on Ipod Touch but it is not able to get downloaded. I have no idea why is this happening? i have tried various ways but still not successful with the thing. Please help me out so that I can sort the thing well. I have no idea for the same. It would be very much helpful if you could sort the thing for me.

The video that you have downloaded or the movie that is been downloaded from iTunes should be able to synchronize with the Ipod that you have. As it is been done you can then add the movie to the device and then watch later. So do check out for the thing and make the essential aspects to be performed. You may then be able to work as needed. There is a better way to get the issue to be sorted well and this can be done well by following the steps as mentioned below:

1. You should be able to connect the device to iTunes
2. Now highlight the device under the device in left pane
3. Now click Movie tab under the pane
4. Make sure that sync movies box is checked
5. Also make sure that Automatically include all Movies is also selected
6. Now you should synchronize iPod touch normally
