I have connected Hp laserjet m1522nf printer to my windows xp computer system and i am getting 10.0000 supply memory error on the display of this printer. And hence i am not able to print anything on this printer, Please help me to make this printer working, First of all tell me that what this error means exactly?

I have found that this error comes because of the missing memory in your printer. Actually the memory stick would be there installed on your printer but the problem would be because of some loos connection. I think you need to check up that the RAM of your HP printer is set properly or not. It might happen that it has moved a little bit and due to which this error comes on your printer.

There could be something wrong with the power adapter of your printer which could be the reason behind the supply memory error on your printer. I suggest you to use some alternative adapter on the same printer and check that is it giving the same error again or not and if an error has gone then i guess you have get the new adapter which will be solving your problem.

I have seen this kind of errors comes because of the drivers which you have installed on your computer system.
Actually this does not seems to be related to the memory issue on your printer but still i have seen it on some forum that reinstalling the drivers for the printer solves this issue so i think you should try at least once as it might happen that it solves your problem as well.

10.0000 states that there is something wrong with the Black print cartridge and you need to check for the same on your printer. I guess there could be something wrong with the some other printer cartridge so i suggest you to check all the cartridge of your printer are okay in their condition.

Problem is that the printer is not able to read an electronic information (elabel) on the printer cartridge. This would be helping you to track page count and life of consumable.

1. 10.00.00 indicates the Black print cartridge.
2. 10.00.01 indicates the Cyan print cartridge.
3. 10.00.02 indicates the Magenta print cartridge.
4. 10.00.03 indicates the Yellow print cartridge.

Newer models of the HP laserjet printer includes a memory chip. Information stored on this chip depends on the model of the printer. Error 10 means that the printer is pulling some information from the chip and chip might be missing or defective or it might also happen that an information in that chip is incorrect. There could be a connection problem between the memory chip and DC controller.
