I have a problem with my motorola v3 Razor, When not in charge I have nothing on the screens in charge must wait at least 5 minutes for the screen and the battery remains red without being charged even after charge. Sometimes it cannot light up. Please help. Thanks in advance.

you need to check the current software version of your phone while watching System Version in Settings -> About phone. If the system version is 1.1.36, you can go directly to Step 5. If your system version is 1.0.26 you must first install version 1.1.36. To install version 1.1.36, select Settings then About the phone and finally select Updates system. Once the version 1.1.36 installed, your phone will restart automatically. Your system version is 1.1.36, select Settings then About the phone and finally select Updates system to install version 1.3.19. (Version 1.3.19 is a transitional version to a successful installation of version 1.3.20).

You need to check in the bottom of the screen. In this case there occurs a tiny crack in the sandwich of glass containing liquid crystals, and the stain will gradually grows as alas and as the crack will grow. Such crack really only seen in cases of severe shock, if it's related to a twisting or abnormal pressure on the screen the crack is almost invisible to the naked eye.
