If you want to set the whole logitech z5500 and z2300 in your car then i guess it would become bit complicated for the car or may be for the speakers. I have never heard that it is possible to mount your Logitech Z5500 system in your car. Honestly speaking, i do not have any idea that is it possible to do so or not but you may try some tricks for doing it.

First of all you have not mentioned that in which car you want to mount these sound systems as it depends on the size of the car, As setting up the woofer in small car would not be possible but if your car is SUV then i am sure that you can do it very much easily and even it would be giving you the perfect sound effects.

Yes, It is possible to mount any kind of speakers in your car but it depends on the mechanic who is going to mount them as mounting the speakers on the cars body needs to be having very much experience with speaker work as even a small mistake can make your speakers useless. I think you should take care of your speakers while doing this task.

If you set up the subwoofer directly on the cars body then i guess it would not be giving you any special output so and ultimately your system would not be showing any kind of special effects from the woofer side. I think you have to put your woofer in the wooden box which will make it more stable in your car and it would be giving you perfect bass effect.

The power requirement for the Z5500 can not be met from the car battery. This is why there are specialized car speakers which can require an amplifier.

I guess you have to use some separate battery for listening to your logitech z5500 or z2300 in your car. Actually these players are heavy enough to grab huge load of the power to perform in their best way. So now you have to first setup for the power supply for your sound system then you may think about mounting it in your car.

Are you talking about mounting both the sound system in your car. Actually this does not seems to be realistic as all the speakers combing the both the sound system would be having many speakers they would be able to sound more loudly and it might happen that combining both the system will go out of the limit of sound in your car.
