Logitech io2 bluetooth asking for ANOTO OBEX

I have recently bought a new Logitech io2 with bluetooth and i have seen a very strange problem on this pen drive. There is not problem with the connecting this pen drive with the cable but when i tried to access it by using the bluetooth then there is something wrong. Actually i can see the pen drive on my computer but then i get that no suitable service on the pen. I have seen that on some forum that i need an "ANOTO OBEX". Can anybody tell me what is this "ANOTO OBEX"?

I guess the Pen Drive which you have bought would be asking for some kind of software on your computer system to install which would be supporting your pen drive's bluetooth activity. I would like to ask you that have you got any kind of CD or a manual with this pen drive, So just go through that which must be having some crucial information about using bluetooth from your pen drive.

It might happen that there would be some problem with the driver which you have not installed on your computer's operating system because of which the bluetooth of your Logitech io2 not working. I suggest you to install the proper driver for the pen drive which you are trying to use on your computer.

I have searched for an official website of Logitech for downloading the some software and manuals of Logitech io2 but there was nothing helpful for it. And when i tried to "Update Software" then it is just not going further anymore. I got Error 404 there! Yet i would be trying it with some more computer systems but without bluetooth, It is just so embarrassing..

I hope that you would be using Logitech IO notebooks which has been provided with an IO2 Pen for which you need to send Via PC Pidget in Notebook Pages. You can use USB Blue tooth Dongle to connect it with the Workstation. Once you are finished with the writing then you may use the PC pidget to send it. Now you will be able to send information from BT pen to workstation via USB BT dongle. If you wish for developing the custom form with Send Via PC and Send Via Mobile option in which BT should be working then i think you should contact to service provider.

It might happen that there would be something related to bluetooth device itself which would be making it difficult for your Logitech io2's bluetooth to run without any problem. I suggest you to give a check to your Logitech io2 and make sure that there is nothing wrong with your Logitech io2's bluetooth device.

It might happen that the bluetooth device of your Logitech io2 has some fault in it because of which it is not working with the bluetooth connection. If you have really bought this product recently then i guess you should use the warranty of your product now. Hope that there should not be anything wrong with the bluetooth device and even there would be then i guess you must get replacement.
