Can not unlock my phone password incorrect HELP

I have been using Blackberry Bold 9g entered the correct password but the phone does not recognize it (it displays incorrect) of 10 in the password security (for unlock) and after Appears when I wanted to put my password it neither more small stars "****" , but the letters or numbers visible and when I put the figure I was told that the password is incorect so that it 'good and if I go til 10 the data will be erased and I was told also enter blackberry unable to enter the code. IT appears as you have forgot the password you will have to reset the password and i think since you have locked the password you will not be able to get rid of this problem on your own. The best solution to handle this problem would be to contact the service of the manufacturer they have some special software which will help you to get rid of this problem by resetting the same. There are a number of software available for this purpose but i am not sure of how far they can be tested or how far the are trustworthy. This will definitely help you to get the problem but be sure enough if you are planning to buy a new softwares. This must resolve the whole issue.
