    1) Put a wrong sim (not operator of origin) (it asks for a password do it without any sim card)
    2) Enter * 7465625 * 638 * 00000000 * 00000000 # (wrong sim message appears)
    3) after between # 7465625 * 638 * 00000000 # (wrong sim message appears)
    4) after between * # 7465625 # (you should have the those messages)
network lock - inactive (if ACTIVE retry handling)
    subset lock - inactive
    sp lock - inactive
    cp lock - inactive
    sim lock - inactive
    activa lock - inactive
    phone lock - inactive
    auto network - inactive
    auto subset lock - inactive
    auto sp lock - inactive
    Self cp lock - inactive
    auto sim lock - inactive
After that he asked the network code you type 00000000, and your phone accepts the new sim card

IT appears as you have forgot the password you will have to reset the password and i think since you have locked the password you will not be able to get rid of this problem on your own. The best solution to handle this problem would be to contact the service of the manufacturer they have some special software which will help you to get rid of this problem by resetting the same. Hope you will get the fix.

There are a number of software available for this purpose but i am not sure of how far they can be tested or how far the are trustworthy. This will definitely help you to get the problem but be sure enough if you are planning to buy a new softwares. This must resolve the whole issue.
