E72 Firmware update problem

Nokia offers setting to day of Firmware in 31.023 (031.023) For Nokia E72. To know my version, you can type *#0000# the keyboard of E72. Connect my E72 on our PC and perform the setting to day via software NSU (Nokia Software Update). Allow 15 minutes to download and install Firmware. But its hangs on my nokia E 72. Please help.

The firmware of the Nokia E72 got updated to V023.002. You can download the new firmware of Nokia PC Suite (NSU), but before you update remember to save your important data. Note that it may take some time before the new firmware is available in your country. The changelog is still unknown.
