N80 offline to online crashes phone

I have Nokia N80 mobile phone which is 3 moths. I keep it in offline-mode. whenever I tried to start the in onilne mode, it get just into offline-mode. Due to this reason I unable to put my mobile phone in the online mode. I don't know why N80 offline to online crashes phone. Please help me to fix this problem.

Use following method to fix this problem.
1. Uninstall PCSuite
2. Download and install the latest version but DO NOT connect the phone. Close the installer at this time.
3. Close PCSuite
4. Uver Explorer on C: \ Windows \ System32 \ Drivers
5. Locate the file and destroy WDF01000.sys.
6. Run PCSuite and connect the phone.

I know from many people that this problem and to have and with different mobile phones (SE, Samsung, Nokia / old or new). I therefore assume that it is at the net. Perhaps the network is overloaded. Because yes, only a certain number of mobile phones are posted on the antenna.

So I just got my phone again, and the error was probably on a defective transceiver, do not know what kind of a part, but can it be true??
could the phone not so much testing. I think there is some fault in your mobile's memory card and that's why you are getting issue. just replace it with new one to get rid out of this problem.

Use Soft Reset process to fix this problem.
Always start with a soft reset in case of trouble.
Enter the following code:
* # 7780 #
Then, if the phone asks for lock code, the original is: 12345

Hard Reset

If after the soft reset, the phone still has problems, try the Hard reset.
Enter the following code:
* # 7370 #
Like the Soft Reset the phone, mobile ask you the lock code, the original is: 12345


To perform a Hard Reset on a Nokia, which wants more light, make the following operation:
Press these three keys simultaneously:
on / off + * + 3
Wait for "format" fits the screen, then release the 3 keys.
