Backup contacts to memory card in E52

I am using Nokia E52. mobile phone. I have all the data save in phone memory. Also my contact information. Now i want to copy that contact and move to another mobile phone. How can I copy contacts from my SIM card to the memory of my phone? Please help. Thanks in advance.
