    Comparison between 9400m+9600m and 320m and 330m ?

This is the previous gen 15'' detailed mbp with 2.66ghz and 9400m+9600m and the recent gen 13'' base model (2.4ghz, 320m) VS. and recent gen 15'' base model (2.4ghz i5, 330m)...

How would you compare these graphics cards ?According to you which one would be the better 9400m+9600m or 320m? And is it more worse in the comparison of 330m? If you have any idea about this then please post me the details :]

As you told about the comparison,The 320M is within the 9400M and the 9600M; the 330M is a bit much good . And if I talk about the intel HD Graphics then I find that it is comparable to the 9400M.

It is pretty much the recent base 15" rocks entire older 15" models in both CPU and GPU (yes the base model is much efficient than the old top-end settings).

    Yeah. this is the details that I understand it: 9400m < 320m < 9600m < 330m

It moves through the natural progression of fresh tech being much quicker and discrete being much powerful than integrated, even if this is a generation behind. You need not to forget ! These cards are commonly underclocked, and I am not sure about the "overclockability" of something besides the most current posted 320m evaluated.

This is the notebookcheck.net's category listing for the cards:
330m - Class 2, about 1/4 of the way down
9600m - Class 2, half way down, listed as 9600m GT
    320m - Class 2, below 9600m
    9400m - Class 3

    Re: Comparison between 9400m+9600m and 320m and 330m ?

Can anyone tell me about the concepts. Is the 320M far from the 9600,? Because I have waited since previous month for a MBP 13" update, because I was just thinking about having updated version that would be able to execute SC2 perfectly.

So commonly, I am not only querying about the actual comparison between those graphic cards, I am also wondering if the 13" MBP should have the capability to work with the SC2 without the graphics turned configured to very minimum. You can't said about the comparison between Warcraft 3 and SC2.

The GeForce 320M compared to the 9600

The NVIDIA GeForce 320M is commonly used as an integrated chipset GPU for Core 2 Duo dependent laptops and successor of the GeForce 9400M. It does not move to occupy the dedicated graphics memory but covers the systems primary memory also called as shared memory. Therefore, the performance is not much better in the comparison of cards with dedicated graphics RAM. The mGPU is dependent on the GT216 core...

Whatever you have posted here is assumes like not actual for me. According
to your written post, it just says that : "The GeForce 320M is not same as
to the GeForce GT 320M, that is completely dependent on the GeForce 9600M GT."

Please go through my question again and suggest me better solution in this
    scenario...

I am also love to play SC2 Beta as you and I am concerned about the graphics
as well.I am just considering about some appropriate settings and what configuration should be made for you to play yours on for the MPB 15''? Ultra ?

One more thing, since the 320M is without having the dedicated graphics, Do you have any about that it will compare up to the different ones that do have them? Gaming-wise? Does the benchmarks can cover up that into the account? (as an example: Card A reaches at XXXX where as Card B reaches XXXX, card B contains dedicated memory and card A not in same way, do they still work for the same?)
