Samsung GT-S5230 mms issue

I brought to my mom the Samsung GT-S5230 UNLOCKED and it's having issues sending or receiving MMS. It says something about network settings. We have AT&T(3 lines) with a unlimited messages plan. It can receive and send sms, but no luck with the mms. I'm not sure 'bout calling at&t because like I said I didn't brought it in AT&T store or something.

I'm thinking about going back to the unlocked cellphones store to see if they can do something about it, but first I wanted to see if I can get any other advice...

You will have to get the MMS settings for the phone from the AT&T. Contact the customer support of AT&T and get the MMS settings for the model of the phone which you are using. Check if the settings are available on the official website of AT&T.

You can check out on the official site of the service provider. They do provide the settings for MMS for the corresponding [hone model you use. So check out or call the support center.
