question Itunes stopped working and cannot eject ipod safely

    hi,

recently i tried to sync some files on my ipod classic, however when i tried to eject it I got a message saying that it couldn't do so because it contained files that were in use, however no other programs were open. so i just ejected my ipod like that only, but that was a mistake as not only the new files didnt sync the old ones also got deleted (i tried that few times, every time the files get synced all over again but wn i remove the ipod it says no music. i use dell inspiron, op system:vista).

Also when i closed itunes i got the msg:

    Itunes has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution and close the program

Well, repeat the process once again. Once you are finish the sync, in the Start menu, click Computer (Windows Vista). Click the right mouse button on the iPod icon. Choose Eject from the menu and see is it possible to eject from here.

Either remove your iPod by serving it on Windows Vista through the menu command in iTunes, either download an update released by Microsoft and correcting this problem.
