Setup Laptop for troubleshooting tool

Hello,

I would like to setup my mini laptop as a troubleshooting device. I know that there are tons of apps out there that I can install on it but can someone just give me some advice on what apps would be good to install on the laptop for folks having network issues and any other type of issue. (Websites with good tools or any other resource would be greatly appreciated)

First let me know which operating system that you are running in your laptop which will help me find the exact troubleshooting tools for your device. But here are some tools which i am using with my Apple running system which i suggesting you. I am using the AppleJack tools which is having all the functionality to repair problem in my system.
