Announced a few months ago already, the new mobile telephone or rather “photophone” of Nokia, N73 should finally be available in Europe this month. Finnish would have actually begun the deliveries this week.
For recall, Nokia N73 is a mobile 3G/GSM which measures 110mm X 49mm X 19mm and weighs 116 grams. It benefits from a screen 2.4 inches and a photo sensor 3.2 Megapixels “Carl Zeiss” with autofocus and numerical zoom 20x. N73 proposes also a Bluetooth controller and 42 Mb of memory (extensible via a memory board miniSD). The level of the services, Nokia N73 must make it possible to charge, remotely, its photographs on Flickr.

It should be noted that Nokia N93 (smartphone with photo sensor 3.2 megapixels), should also be available this month.
The arrival of these new “photophones” should come to compete with the Sony Ericsson K800i (see the topicality K800i and K790i, of CyberShot signed Sony Ericsson) which is currently the only “photophone” 3.2 Megapixels with being available on the French market with the smartphone Nokia N80 (deprived of autofocus). Nokia N73 is envisaged in the neighbourhoods of 460 euros whereas Sony Ericsson K800i is unearthed starting from 411.68 € (appox. Rs. 22000). As for Nokia N80, one finds it from now on starting from 526.24 € (appox. Rs.28000) in the heading telephones mobile of the Comparator of Price.
