Samsung UN55C8000 Jumping Images

I bought a new Samsung 55" LED 240 1080p 3D tv today. As i was not aware very much abut this new tv i forgot to buy a new HDMI cord. So i purchased a new HDMI cord and then with the help of some tech personnels somehow i managed to set it up finally i started watching a movie with my wife.

All was going well till the tech persons were present at my place. The TV image started jumping as soon as they left my house. Any one faced this issue before what could be the actual problem. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Most probably it appears as it is due to a bad HDMI cable. Since you have purchased a new led tv and it is also set up by the tech persons so it appear as an issue with HDMI cable try to check the HDMI cable with another LED tv or simply visit the vendor check it and if its not working then replace this with a new one.

This issue seems to be more of a settings issue than the HDMI cable issue. try to set your automotion. Majority of people use Blur 8 and judder 4. Also some of the channels does not like the automotion and that's why it would be better to turn off this feature. Try this feature with each and every channel you can turn it on even for a single channel if it do supports this feature.

Thanks for these favorable replies i tried replacing the cable also i tried to adjust some of the settings. Even though i have done all these setting s to my TV but i still get jumping images. To be more precise this jumping takes place on during shows and not during the ads. Any other ideas to resolve this problem.

Try to install the Television once again at your site but this time it would be better if you try to get it installed by following the steps which are mentioned in the user manual. I think you have missed something from the user manual while installing the TV at your place. I think that the user manual must help you in this matter.
