    Hi friend,

If you want to configure the China mobile v709 TV settings, I think for that you need to refer the user manual of your mobile phone. For this you will get the detailed information regarding the TV settings as well as the setting for other functionality. Please try out this and let me know if you get TV setting or not.

For that you should have to contact your Sim provider for activating the GPRS which will help you for viewing the channel on your mobile device. Ask your Sim provider for sending the setting that will allow you to activate the TV on the v709 phone that you wanted to activate the setting. So i will advice you to do the same and let me know whether it is working or not.
