Mac mini laptop does not sleep (10.6.1)

I am having one problem with my Mac mini laptop 10.6.2. No matter what I do with my Mac Mini laptop it does not goes to sleep mode. I have no idea what is the problem with the Mac mini.
Further, I have one more thing that this problem is occurring only in Mac mini. This problem does not occur on MacPowerbook.
Any related reply will be appreciated.

If your having problem in your Mac Mini then try to use “PleaseSleep” software utility which specifically designed for Mac laptops.
PleaseSleep sits in the background and waits for the sleep timer you set in Energy Saver preferences pane. Depending on the preferences you set, PleaseSleep will try to put your computer to sleep when the scheduled sleep timer kicks in. PleaseSleep is very easy to configure, you can enable, disable, and access its preferences via the system menu bar icon. You can choose to have PleaseSleep activate the sleep function all the time, or you can tell PleaseSleep to activate the sleep function only when certain apps are running.

Whenever I face the problem of sleep problem with my Mac laptop, I just reset the PRAM setting on my Mac laptop. For doing the PRAM reset you to follow these steps.
1. Shut down Mac mini.
2. Locate the following keys: Command, Option, P, and R.
3. Start your Mac mini.
4. Before the gray screen appears, you have to press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys.
5. Keep holding these keys till the computer restarts
6. After that, release the keys.

I am having Mac Mini 10.6.2 laptop. Below are the steps what I have tried.

1. Disconnect all peripherals devices I have connected

2. After that I have turned off all the antennas.

3. Tried to make it sleep using Energy Saver

4. But the thing is that does not sleep more than one or two minutes.

Now you can know that the rest of the problem is same.

I have tried to use the “PleaseSleep” software utility for making my Mac Mini laptop SLEEP. But I failed and then when I have checked the specification of this software it displayed that it is compatible with Compatible with Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6). Unfortunately, I am not having Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) but having the Mac mini laptop 10.6.2.

PleaseSleep software utility is good but not compatible with my Mac mini laptop.
