I am having Motorola CLIQ mobile. This mobile integrated more advanced features. But I am getting issue while accessing my MotoBLUR account over this mobile. The thing is that I am not able to login to MotoBLUR account. Every time I get error message that 'Unable to complete Login'. I am getting frustrated because of this issue. If you have suggestions to avoid this MotoBLUR login issue, then please let me aware about the same. I am waiting for your reply

I suggest you to check the internet setting your mobile phone. It seems that the internet connection of mobile is not working properly. Because of that you are not able to login in to the MotoBLUR account. To get proper internet connection over your mobile, for that you need to configure the GPRS profile as per your mobile network provider.

I think you need to create a new MOTOBLUR account with a different email address or change the current email address associated to your MOTOBLUR account, for that follow the steps below:

1. First you need to perform a factory reset.
2. From the home screen, tap the Menu button.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Then tap SD card, USB Mass Storage and phone storage.
5. The next step is to select Factory data reset.
6. Then tap Reset Phone.
7. The phone will power off and back on.
8. Then tap Register new account after resetting of phone.
9. Enter your new account information.
