    Backflip Stuck on Boot screen

I am using Backflip smartphone. This is a Android powered phone. The issue I am having with this smartphone is that from the last two days my smartphone is stuck on the Boot Screen. It is not getting pass this screen. Because of this I am unable to even get it booted properly. How to fix this issue?

It seems the Backflip Android handset battery is not getting fully charged. SO I suggest you to charge your Backflip Android handset battery from another Backflip Android handset or use battery of other Backflip Android handset. Switch Off your Backflip Android handset while charging and then verify if the Boot screen freezing is resolved or not.

Have you tried to connect your Motorola Backflip to the computer using its USB cable. I had a similar problem with my Motorola Droid. I was not able to get it power up even though I had tried charging it from another battery. I then just thought of trying to see if the USB cable helps me to power up my Motorola Droid and it worked for me. I charged my phone and uninstalled all third party applications and it just worked for me.

Here are the steps that worked for me to get my BACKFLIP android phone work normally:
    1. Switch Off the BACKFLIP android phone.
    2. Press and hold the Camera key and simultaneously power On the phone.
    3. Now you will be asked to use the Volume keys.
    4. Release the camera button as and when instructed.
    5. Press on the Down Volume key.
    6. You will get a Triangle Screen.
    7. Press on the screen just above the back key
    8. This will then display Motorola system recovery
    9. Following Options will be shown:
      • reboot system now [Menu+Back]
      • apply ssdcrad:update.sip [Alt+S]
      • wipedata/factory reset [Alt+W]
    10. Select factory reset.(This will restore default settings)
    11. Select OK.
    12. Once the format and restore process is completed then select Reboot System Now
    13. Select Ok.

This might be looking quite tedious but it worked for me. And so you may also try this out with your Moto BACKFLIP.

Re: Backflip Stuck on Boot screen

For me it seems to be the problem roots to the settings of the operating system. It can be the some installed applications have corrupted the mobile operating system. So thus to make your Motorola Backflip smartphone function in a stable manner I suggest you to seek the help of Motorola Service Center.
