Is there supposed to be a start-up sound on the Devour?

I have heard that the there is a start up sound for Droid something like this "DAH_ROIDDDD". I do not know that this is correct or not. Is the Devour supposed to have a start up sound or not. Thanks in advance for the related replies.

Yes, it is true that Devour is having the start up sound, but my friend for listing to the sound first you have to set the notification sound for your phone. If you set the notification for the mobile phone then you will surely get the notification sound. I think you have not set the notification sound on your mobile phone. You can check out the "Boot Pride" for this purpose.

I will surely check out the Boot pride but I am not sure that I will use it. I just want to make sure that I have not set something wrong. Now for the sound I like to have some of the sound ringers that are on my phone. As a matter of fact I do not use the ring tone which are not present in my phone but I prefer to have a separate ring tones when my wife calls.

If you want to adjust the ringer or the notification in your Droid then you can do the following steps.

1. Tap the Application Launcher.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Sound and Ringtone.
4. From here tap Ringer Volume to change the phone ringer options, from ringer, silent, vibrate, and ring and vibrate.
