Error upgrading E72 to v023.002

Hello to all,
I am having problem with upgrading E72 to v023.002 firmware version. I able to download update file in my computer, but I unable to install it in my mobile phone. When I tried to update my mobile gives "Connection to Phone Lost" error message. Anyone else having the same problem with error upgrading E72 to v023.002. Please help me to fix this problem.

Why don't you try OTA(Over The Air) setting to upgrade your mobile phone. It is very easy process to upgrade your mobile phone. You can do this in the following ways.
1.First unlock your mobile phone.
2.Now type *#0000# in it and check for new update.
3.Now download and install that new update in your mobile phone.

You have to use the latest beta software updater which is provided by the Nokia Labs to fix this problem. You can get this from the following link:

Just download and install it in your mobile phone. After this you will not get any problem.

You have to use following steps to fix this problem.
1.first disconnect your mobile phone.
2.Now remove battery and sim card from your mobile phone.
3.Now connect your mobile phone using USB cable, then battery and then charger.
4.Now power on your mobile phone.
5.Now try to update your mobile phone.

If you are getting such type of problem, then you have to contact your nearest Nokia service center to fix this problem. Don't try to upgrade your mobile at home. It sometimes risky to do this. If it fails during upgrade then you can not repair your mobile phone. In this case just contact your nearest nokia service center to update your mobile phone.
