"Device Recovery" error during Nokia E72 update

Hello to all,
I am not able to update my Nokia E72 mobile phone. I also get same problem with my old Nokia N97 mobile phone. Whenever I tried to update my mobile phone it said that it has lost connection with my computer. I also get "Device Recovery" error during Nokia E72 update. Anyone else having the same problem.
Please help me.

From your information it seems that there is some problem in your USB cable and that's why you are getting connection lost message while upgrading your mobile phone. In this case try to use another USB cable for your mobile phone to update your mobile phone. If you didn't get any problem with that new USB then it means that your old USB cable is faulty one. In this case buy new USB cable for your mobile phone.

It seems that you are using USB hubs to connect your mobile to Nokia PC suite and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Using USB hubs your mobile doesn't get enough power and that's why you are getting such type of issue. In this case just connect your mobile's USB cable directly to the main USB port of your computer while upgrading your mobile phone. After this you will not get this problem.

Hey you have to use another process or steps to update your mobile phone's firmware. You need internet on your mobile phone.
1.First unlock your mobile phone.
2.Now enter *#0000# in it.
3.Now check for new updates.
4.Now download and install new update in your mobile phone.
