E71 HTML Mail for Exchange

Hello there, I have just bought a Nokia E71 phone which is working great but the phone is having some problems while handling HTML when the phone is directly connected to MS Exchange server. Therefore I want E71 HTML Mail for Exchange so that I am able to receive and send emails using HTML. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The problem which you are facing is a common problem which is faced by all the users of Nokia E71 messaging phone. The mail client which is provided by the phone is not properly made to handle HTML which creates problems while receiving and sending mails. This issue is tried to be solved by Nokia developers and the solution will be available soon. Once the update is available, you will not face the same problem again.

The phone needs to be configured properly in order to be used with MS Exchange server. If the phone is not configured then it will face some problems while handling HTML content. Hence configure the phone properly and then see if the problem continues. To get the proper configuration of the phone, contact your network provider and get the appropriate settings. Configure the phone according to the settings which are provided and then see if the problem persists or not.

Have you updated the email client on the phone? If not then get the email client on the phone updated and then check the performance of the phone while handling HTML content. To get the email client updated on the phone, take the phone to the nokia gallery and get the email client updated. The email client version 2.9 has lots of bugs of the earlier versions fixed. After getting the email client updated, configure the phone and see if the performance of the phone improves or not.

Thanks for replying to the post really fast. AS suggested I got the correct configuration of the phone from the network provider and also got the email client on the phone updated. After updating the email client to version 2.9, the performance of the phone has improved a lot but still some problems are there. Now the phone can be used to send and receive mails with minimum problems. Waiting for the update which will solve the problem completely.
