W910I random restarts

Hello friends,

I am having Sony Ericsson w910i from two months. I am getting awesome features from this Sony Ericsson mobile. But from few days it showing some issue, it restarts randomly. I am not getting how to solve this problem of my mobile. I have tried many things but nothing was helpful. I wonder if you are able to help me to resolve the restarting issue of my Sony Ericsson w910i. Your help would be greatly appreciable.

According to me your Sony Ericsson W910i comprises some application problem. And this problem causes your mobile to restart randomly. I don't think that this issue can be solved easily. So I suggest you to contact to the nearest service center of your Sony Ericsson mobile. I think this is the ultimate solution to resolve the restarting issue of your mobile.

I am also getting same issue with my Sony Ericsson w910i. One of my friend suggested to reset the setting of mobile. I did the same thing, but still having the same issue with my mobile. I also contacted to the service center of my mobile, but didn't get any positive response. I am totally getting frustrated becasue of this mobile issue. If you posses any solution then please share it me.

I think your W910i mobile may have infected by virus. In the way to resolve this restarting problem, for that you need to connect you mobile to computer system. After this try to scan the memory card as well as the phone memory of you mobile with antivirus of your computer. Please try out this trick, it will definitely help you.

• Try resetting of factory setting of your w910i.
• Scan your mobile for any virus through PC.
• Take help from Sony Ericsson service center.
