storm 2 (9550) Hebrew OS?

Hello. I have a Blackberry storm 9550 with a Verizon wireless connection. I wan to ad Hebrew operating system to my phone. I have no idea how to make the things to be embedded. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted out well. It would be a great help for me then. Thank you.
