X6 don't stop alarm

Hello to all,
I recently bought a cool new Nokia X6 mobile phone. When alarm turn on and when I tried to stop it or snooze it, nothing happened. I unable to turn off alarm. I don't know why X6 don't stop alarm? Anyone else having the same problem. Please help you.

It seems that there is some software related issue and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case just restart your mobile to fix this problem. Most of the people face such type of issue and they are able to fix this problem by performing restart process. Just restart your mobile for few seconds and then after some times again turn on. After this you will not get any problem.

Hey you are using wrong way to stop this alarm clock and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Have you check that they are look like arrows than buttons? To stop them or to snooze them you have to swipe your finger in the arrow direction. Just try it.
Now you will able to turn off your alarm clock.

I also had the same problem. I tried various method to fix this problem, but I unable to do this. Then my friend said me that there is some problem in touch screen of your mobile phone. Then I replace my mobile phone with new one to fix this problem. I think you also replace your nokia mobile phone with new to fix this problem. Just contact your nokia service center to fix this problem.
