Chat not working on E72

Hello friends,

I recently bought Nokia E72. Over this mobile I am using Nokia chat version 2.0.10 as a instant messenger. With this Nokia Messenger I have been using MSN and Gtalk accounts for chatting. But from few days I am getting problem for login with messenger. Whenever I try to login I immediately get message saying that 'Authorization failed'. I wonder if you are able to help me over this Nokia E72 issue. I would really appreciate your any help.

I think you are not providing the proper user name and password while login into the Nokia chat. If you you enter wrong password or username then you will definitely get message 'Authorization failed'. You can also try to create new login ID and try with it. I hope one of these solution may help you resolve your mobile issue.

It seems that you have not setup the internet connection properly over you Nokia mobile. I think you need to configure the GPRS setting of your mobile. You also need to contact to the mobile network provider in the way to resolve the GPRS issue. In pas I was also getting same issue. Ans this issue was occurred because of the GPRS connection problem. I think same thing happened with you also.

According to me you need to remove the current Nokia messenger 2.0.10 from you mobile. After this try to download the fresh setup file for this messenger from the official website of Nokia. Then install it on you mobile, then check if you still getting the error message while login with any account or not. Hopefully it will works for you.

Please try following thing to resolve your messenger issue of your mobile:

• Try with new login ID.
• Reinstall the current instant messenger.
• Contact service center of you mobile.
