Bluetooth pairing issue on HTC Pure

Hello Guys,

I need you help to sort out issue of HTC Pure mobile. Before few days I bought this HTC mobile. But the problem is that I am getting problem while pairing my mobile with bluetooth of any mobile. I have tried many solution for this issue of bluetooth, but nothing was helpful. Does anyone know why I am not able to pair my mobile bluetooth with other bluetooth device? Please don't hesitate to let me know your suggestions.

According to me your HTC Pure seem to be have some problem with bluetooth connectivity. I think your mobile bluetooth is not working properly. Because of this problem you are not able to pair your mobile bluetooth with other bluetooth device. In this situation it's better for you to contact the service center of your mobile phone.

It also be happened that the pairing device list of your HTC mobile is full. If this happened, then definitely you will get trouble while bluetooth pairing. In the way to resolve this issue, fir you nee to clear the bluetooth pairing list. After this try to search for other bluetooth device available. I hope this will resolve bluetooh problem of your mobile.

I also had this type of bluetooth pairing problem. I also tried various methods to solve this issue, but without any success. At that time one of my friend suggested me reset the factory setting of you HTC mobile phones. I followed his suggestion, and hopefully it solved bluetooth pairing issue of my HTC Pure. Why don't you try the same solution as I followed?

• Reset the factory setting of your mobile.
