Graphics problems with Windows 7 64bit and Intel 4500mhd

Hello. I have a Dell Studio 1737 laptop and it is been upgraded with Windows 7 64bit operating system. The problem is that I am not able to get a better graphics since then. The problem is been appended when I upgraded the system with Windows 7. I have no idea what could be the issue. Please do help me out. Thank you.
