Have you checked that whether your mobile's wap setting or GPRS setting is right? If you have entered wrong wap setting or GPRS setting in your mobile, then you will not able to connect to internet form your mobile on computer. In this case first contact your mobile's operator for getting latest GPRS setting of your mobile. When they send you GPRS setting, just save it in your mobile and now you can access internet on your mobile.

I think your old GPRS setting is out dated and that's why you are not able to access internet on your mobile. In this case you have to use updated GPRS setting on your mobile to get rid out this problem. Just use following steps to get latest GPRS setting for your mobile phone.
1.First go to the main menu.
2.ow go to the setting option.
3.Now go to the set.Wizard option and then select operator to get current GPRS setting.

It may be get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case just use another USB cable to connect your mobile. If you didn't get any problem. Then it means that your old USB cable is old one. Just replace it with new one to fix this problem.

As per my information it seems that there is some problem in your Nokia PC suite and that's why you are not able to connect to internet using your Nokia mobile. In this case you have to use ovi store in your computer to connect to internet using your nokia mobile phone. You can go to official site of Nokia to get the installation file of the ovi store.
