NEW Satellite A505 - Blu-Ray Won't Play On WinDVD Or Toshiba DVD Player

Hello, recently I have bought the Toshiba Satellite A505 which is having the Windows 7 and a Blu-Ray Disc Player. It is preloaded with the WinDVD, Toshiba DVD player and some of the other. But, when I insert the Blueray disk inside it my WinDVD is not responding. Then for solving the problem, I need to use the Task manager. Then my Toshiba player give me the error message that the "media not supported". I am not able to understand the exact problem behind this. If you are having any solution for this, then please help me.

Hey, I am not getting the exact problem behind this and I am confused from the side of the Toshiba. As I have the toshiba satellite p505-8980 and facing the same problem. I have tried to use the InterVideo program and it is working without any problem. But, the Corel and ToshibaDVD not working. As the interDVD come preloaded with the both of the other. Now I am thinking that why did the Toshiba provide the three different types of applications for the single use.
