Laptop will only run on battery, freezes when the ac is plugged in

I am having Toshiba Satellite P205D-S7438 notebook laptop from one year. But currently this laptop showing some freezing issue. The laptop runs properly on battery power, but it immediately freezes when I try to run it on AC power. I don't have any idea about this freezing issue of my Toshiba laptop. If you posses any solution over this issue, then please let me know that. Your help would be greatly appreciable.

It seems that the AC adapter of your Toshiba laptop may have some problem. This problem causes the freezing problem to your laptop. I suggest you to replace this faulty AC adapter with new one. As per my experience it sounds that your Toshiba laptop might comprises some serious hardware issue. I don't think that this issue can be easily solved. If you wan to recover from this freezing problem, please contact to the service center of your Toshiba laptop. They will definitely resolve all your hardware issue related to your laptop.

There are many things that can cause this type of freezing over AC power. Either your laptop battery may have some faulty or AC adapter is faulty. Please try to change both you laptop battery as well as AC adapter. I also had similar freezing issue with my laptop also. At that time my friend suggested me to do this thing, it also worked for me.
