Limitation of iPhone incomparision to Blackberry Thunder

I have now two choices to buy a phone. First is iPhone and the other one I chooses for more professional work is Blackberry. iPhone is really nice for gaming and app support. So here I need limitation of iPhone in comparison to Blackberry Thunder. This will help me to take much better decision in buying one from the two smartphone. Thanks in advance.
