Hey, anyone is having details from which I will able to get the details about my problem. When I connect my device it simply blinks the red led 3 times and then nothing happens. Hello, follow the steps below:

• Simply install the desktop software.
• Then you will able to get to install the handheld software.
• Remove your device battery.
• Then you need to connect the device to the computer.
• Then you can simply able to use the options and select the "connection settings".
• Then you can simply select the USB PIN.
• Then simply click on the application loader icon.
• After that you need to select the software which you want to install.
